Started Dancing over 36 years ago; she turned professional at the age of 20.
She has performed internationally in such places as Mexico and Japan as
well as nationally from New York City and LA. She was fortunate to perform
with the great Bob Hope, Kenny Rogers and Richard Simmons.
Elizabeth went on to teach, perform and choreograph throughout her 20's &
30's. She owned a successful Entertainment Company called Razzmatazz
Entertainment for eight years. Elizabeth still choreographs musicals for
various venues including a private school.
It was the ongoing hip pain (now Arthritis) from years of dancing that lead
her to Pilates & Yoga.
She has been a teacher of Dance, Musical Theatre & Fitness for over 23
years. Now her love of teaching has transpired into sharing her knowledge
with others (ages 5-85) through Yoga, and Pilates.
Truly, a passion for her!
